Dit is in baie opsigte uniek, nie net in die Kroatiese argitektuur nie, maar ook in die Europese: dit is geheel en al van klip gebou, geen ander materiaal word gebruik nie; dit is uniek deur die dapper struktuur van klipplate en ribbes, sonder enige bindmateriaal.
