Not really a separate apartment as there is a connecting door to a neighboring room and walls are more on the thin side. The rooms and balcony are rather small, dining table is located next to the entry and without daylight. Furniture is okay but unloving and back from the 60s/70s.
Location is next to the marina and due to this not really quite during seasons. Walking distance to the next local beach and supermarket 5min.
